Refunds Policy

Returns
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns, unless the item(s) is not as listed in the Product Description & your Order Detail. We also do not accept returns for non-faulty made-to-order items. But if you have any problem with your order, please contact us at sleepyacorn.business@gmail.com and we will be ready to assist you!
Please do not return any item without a prior return agreement.
Refunds
Refunds will be given after a return is made, as a solution to any packages received containing wrong item(s) or for faulty items.
Once we receive your item(s), your return will then be inspected and as long as it meets the returns requirements we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that we only accept returns & refunds for unused but wrong or faulty items.
Exchange Wrong Item(s)
If you happen to receive wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide us images of the wrong item(s) so we can offer you a return and refund/exchange solution. Kindly send it to sleepyacorn.business@gmail.com. We will send you the return address and cover the return shipping fee.
Please note that we only accept returns & exchanges for unused but wrong or faulty items.
Return Shipping for Wrong Item(s)
We will cover the return shipping fee for any wrong or faulty item(s) that are eligible for exchange/refund.
We strongly suggest you to return the item with a tracking number and in its original packaging, unless its original packaging is damaged in the previous shipping.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The shipping fees for any returned non-faulty item that fits the item’s description & order detail is non-refundable & non-reimbursable.
Items Damaged in Shipping
All of the items we send have passed our QC and been packed carefully. If you happen to receive item(s) that is damaged by the courier, please provide us images of the damaged item(s). We will refund what you paid for your order, but unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping charges.
Returned Packages Due to Import-Related Charges Payment Refusal
Please note that by placing an order on Sleepy Acorn, you have checked and agreed to our T&C that you, as the buyer, will be responsible for VAT & any import-related charges that may apply.

Returned packages due to the buyer’s refusal of paying the mentioned charges related to the import of the goods will not be eligible for a full refund. The buyer will also be held responsible for additional charges occur to return the package.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges EXCEPTION
Listed below is the transactions that are ineligible for returns, refunds, and/or exchanges:
1. Digital products.
2. Non-faulty made-to-order items.
3. Items that have been altered, used, washed, or discarded after receipt.
4. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
5. Items that are not returned in its original condition.
6. Returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
7. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays.
8. Items that are accurately described but failed to meet the buyer's expectations.
9. Cost of shipping disputes.
10. Cost of shipping of items returned due to failed delivery.

Shipping Method
Below is the list of shipping providers we use to deliver your order:
Pos Indonesia (using Pos Ekspor/EMS), DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, Citylink

The shipping provider we choose will depend on your order quantity, weight, and the destination country. The delivery time can take anywhere around 14 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) depending on your location. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays. You can refer to your order’s shipping confirmation e-mail for the tracking number & link.
VAT Charges
Please note that prices listed in this website do not include any VAT charges and you will be held responsible to pay for the VAT that may be charged by your country.
Customs, Duty, & Taxes
International orders shipping outside of Indonesia may subject to customs duty, customs clearance fee, and import taxes determined by the destination country, product’s origin, order value, and contents.

All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products and we have no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide the estimation of import costs as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for the current charges before placing your order. You may also try visiting duty calculation websites such as dutycalculator.com. Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty. And these values are subject to change and should be checked before placing an order.
