My Order

Can I cancel/modify my order?
NOTE: Please refer to each item’s description to know if it is categorised as a made-to-order / ready stock / digital item.

Ready Stock Items
If you purchase ready stock items, you can cancel/modify your order for as long as the order has not been dispatched yet. Please reach out to sleepyacorn.business@gmail.com to cancel/modify your order.

Made-to-Order Items
You cannot cancel any made-to-order items. We work with local partner companies to produce them, so once your order is processed, you will not be able to cancel it. But some orders can still be modified as long as the item is not ready to be dispatched yet. You can contact us at sleepyacorn.business@gmail.com to request an order modification.

Please consider this prior to placing your order & ensure to make the correct order. Feel free to contact us if you need to consult before placing an order.
Digital Items
We do not accept cancellations/refunds on any digital product orders. Because once you’ve made the payment, the download link will automatically be sent to your e-mail. If you need custom sizes or other file formats for your digital products, please contact us at sleepyacorn.business@gmail.com prior to or after your order placement and we will happily assist you!
What is my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
Kindly note that your order of ready stock items can take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled. And 3-7 business days for made-to-order items.
A friendly reminder that holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
Where can I find my order number?
We send an order confirmation e-mail with every order, which is sent to the e-mail you used to make the purchase. Please be sure to check all of your inboxes, as it can make its way to your junk/spam folder.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched! If your order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.
Will I receive the same product as in the photos?
Yes, however some items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photo and we always mention this information in the description of the product. Also, please note that actual colours may slightly vary. This is due to the fact that every device’s screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We have edited our photos to show our products as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual colour may slightly vary from your device’s screen.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, we ship worldwide!
How long will it take until my order arrive?
If your order includes an item marked made-to-order, the remainder of your order will be held until the made-to-order item is ready to ship.
Most orders will be shipped from our office in Surabaya, Indonesia, but some orders will also be shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. Therefore, depending on where you live, international orders can take around 14 business days to arrive.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Do you provide tracking number?
All standard delivery will have a tracking number that will be sent to you by e-mail after your order is dispatched by the courier.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses. We prioritise to get the package delivered to you as soon as possible, so it is currently not possible for our courier partner to ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses.
Why is my phone number required on the checkout page?
Phone number is a mandatory field in international & local shipping form issued by any shipping couriers in Indonesia. Therefore, we would need you to provide us your phone number, otherwise we won't be able to process the delivery of your package. Providing us your correct phone number will also lower the chance of failed delivery.
We will strictly use your phone number for shipping purposes only.
My order was returned due to failed delivery. Can I have it reposted to me?
Any returned packages due to failed delivery will be reposted upon request with an additional shipping cost. This applies to all orders.
Should you choose to not get the package reposted to you, we will refund the cost of the good(s), however the shipping fee is non-refundable.
